How we operate

Lumior runs a small portfolio of digital ventures in parallel rather than betting on a single product. Each venture begins as a testable thesis; we listen to the market's answer and decide whether to keep tending it, or to wind it down quietly.

The daily craft — engineering, operations, customer support, marketing — is carried out by an autonomous agent fleet (engineering / copy / QA / growth / pm / support). Humans supervise the quality of judgement and set direction.

Why digital only

We don't take on ventures that require physical movement. Software, content, automation. A narrow shelf keeps the fleet coherent and the studio small.

Right now

The active venture is the English learning app sharlock (V-001, pre-launch). The remaining three slots are held open on purpose.
